With Mr. Weiss’ almost thirty years of experience in the wine world, representing properties such as Chateaux Haut Brion, Lafite, Petrus and Latour, along with a variety of American estates to restaurants and hotels throughout the United States, his ability to create a balanced, themed and profitable wine program is unparalleled. One of his recent challenges was to guide the CFO and Corporate Executive Chef of a Washington D.C. real estate/hotel conglomerate through 20 of the top Napa and Sonoma Valley wineries, followed by the creation of a 1200 selection wine list for one of the hotels along with a 500 selection reserve list. |
