Executive Management Team with Service Arts diploma, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Honolulu

During the year 2009, Service Arts, Inc. had a prominent presence within the Hilton Hotel Corporation. Working with numerous hotels and resorts throughout the United States, I was constantly on the move, training staffs of diversified departments; food and beverage, front desk related, spa, housekeeping, banquets, room service, etc.

The challenges were numerous, the rewards tremendous. It was an unforgettable year meeting wonderful people in Hilton's world of Hospitality.

"Service Arts, Inc. has helped focus numerous hotels and resorts within the  Hilton organization on the single objective of elevating service standards. It has consistently, creatively and  relentlessly targeted the issues that differentiate "Excellent" from "Good" service. We look forward to many future projects together."

Shirley Whelan,  Director of Food and Beverage Product Development, Hilton Corporation
